14-day refund on the first payment

If you subscribe and it is not what you needed, write within 14 days of the first payment and it is refunded in full, no questions asked. Reply to the Paddle receipt or write to hello@tanqeet.smeepo.com from the email you used at checkout. Renewal payments are not refunded except where the law requires it.

Cancel anytime

Cancel from the Paddle receipt email or the customer portal; no need to write to us. The plan stays active until the end of the month already paid, then the key drops to the free plan. The unused part of a month is not refunded.

How the money comes back

Paddle is the merchant of record and issues the refund to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. The free plan has nothing to refund.
